Configure third-party integrations for SMS notifications and accounting

Twilio SMS
Send automated SMS notifications to customers

Setup Instructions

  1. Sign up for a Twilio account at twilio.com
  2. Get a phone number from the Twilio console
  3. Copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the dashboard
  4. Add the credentials below and click "Test Connection"
  5. Once verified, add them to Settings → Secrets in Management UI

Test if your credentials are working

Important:

After testing successfully, add these credentials to Settings → Secrets in the Management UI with these exact names:

  • TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID
  • TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN
  • TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER
QuickBooks Online
Sync invoices, payments, and customer records

Setup Instructions

  1. Create an app at developer.intuit.com
  2. Get your Client ID and Client Secret from the app dashboard
  3. Complete OAuth flow to get access tokens
  4. Find your Company ID (Realm ID) in QuickBooks settings
  5. Add all credentials to Settings → Secrets in Management UI

Important:

After completing OAuth, add these credentials to Settings → Secrets in the Management UI:

  • QUICKBOOKS_CLIENT_ID
  • QUICKBOOKS_CLIENT_SECRET
  • QUICKBOOKS_REALM_ID
  • QUICKBOOKS_ACCESS_TOKEN
  • QUICKBOOKS_REFRESH_TOKEN
