Quick reference guide for driver SMS status updates

How It Works

You can update your load status by sending a text message to our system. Simply text one of the commands below to +1 (833) 962-6446.

Example:

ETA 45

This updates your ETA to 45 minutes and notifies dispatch automatically.

✓ You'll receive a confirmation message after each command
✓ Dispatch is automatically notified of your updates
✓ Commands are case-insensitive (ETA or eta both work)

Tips & Best Practices
  • Add details: You can add extra information after any command
    Example: "DELAYED Heavy traffic on I-95"
  • ETA format: Always specify minutes as a number
    Example: "ETA 30" not "ETA half hour"
  • Emergency help: For urgent assistance, text "HELP" or call dispatch directly
  • Unknown commands: If you send an unrecognized command, you'll receive a help message with valid options
  • No active load: Commands only work when you have an active load assignment
